Lebombo border post reopened after temporary closure

JOHANNESBURG – Operations at the Lebombo border post have been reopened.
It was temporarily closed as post-election violence flared up in Mozambique.
Trucks are being allowed to pass both gates, as officials monitor any new violence.

SADC will meet this weekend in Harare to discuss the post-election crisis.
Both South Africa and the bloc’s chair Zimbabwe have endorsed Frelimo as the rightful victor.
